Admission Procedure for International Students
1. We are accepting applications Froms for the sesstions starting from 30th July 2010 , and 30th Jan 2011 session there are four (4.) seats for international students besides the general ten (10.) seats for Indian students in each course.
2. The medium of Instruction is English.
3. Selection Criteria: on line Interviews/ review of the portfolio send on line . An international applicant has to apply online. Within 10 days they will be given questionnaire to be answered via e-mail.
4. For the selection in each course, the answers to the questionnaire, academic track record , on line portfolio will be considered. If the candidate is found suitable, the candidate will receive confirmation e-mail within one month after the on line interview.
Once selected ,they will be send selection letter along with the visa letter pdf file via e-mail. They need to procure the visa with 10 working days after sending the selection letter. International applicants who are serious for the admission in CRAFT are strongly advice to see the requirement at the Indian embassy site and keep their paper ready.
5. The academic session starts twice in a year the next session will start from: 30th July 2010 and 30th Jan 2011. The fee has to be paid at the time of Joining the Institution in India by Lump sum.
6. All the courses are full time one year Diploma Program, except acting and modeling which is 6-month full time course.
7. The total fee for various course for the entire one year Program for International students / NRI student is as follows.
$2500/- (Two Thousand and Five Hundred U.S. Dollar ) for all the courses except,
a.) Acting course which is $1500/-(fifteen hundred U.S dollar).
b) PR/ADVTERSING & Event Management which is $2000/- ( Two thousand U.S. Dollar )
c) The students who would like to do two program (double diploma) in one year , has to pay fee of $3,000/-.(Three thousand U.S. Dollar), they can opt one of the following combination.
1. Non Linear Editing and Film Direction
2. Editing and Cinematography
3. Acting and Direction
4. Sound Recording and Non Linear Editing
8. CRAFT don’t offer hostel facilities but our student’s coordinator will help in finding suitable accommodation in the vicinity of the College. The expenses for food + accommodation together for One year will cost approximately $1800 (Eighteen hundred U.S. Dollar)
